Privacy

This notice follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The controller is Martin Wundsam, reachable at the address above.

What this site does not do

It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and has no forms. Fonts, images and scripts are all served from this site itself; no third party is contacted while you read it.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver the pages and keep the service secure, GitHub records technical data of each request, including your IP address, the time and the page requested. We do not see or use these records. Data may be processed in the USA; GitHub takes part in the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details are in the GitHub privacy statement.

Links to Discord and GitHub

The links to our Discord server and GitHub page are plain links. Nothing is sent to these services until you follow one. From then on their own privacy policies apply.

Writing to us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you and to talk about joining the project. We do not pass them on and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask what data about you we hold, and have it corrected or deleted; under the GDPR you may also restrict or object to processing and ask for your data in a portable form. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.
